1. RESERVATIONS:

Confirmation of the reservation is only given in writing. The confirmation response that we send you is the guarantee of your reservation, so it is necessary to have the agreement only by this means.
- Packages and promotions are subject to availability, hotel rates are subject to variation and are not valid for long weekends or holidays according to calendar such as Easter, National Holidays, Christmas, New Years among others, in which The Hotel will set the rate and minimum number of nights for the package or the published rates according to the season / date.
- The IGV Exemption. 18% is applicable for foreign passengers accredited with their passport and their Andean card in which they must indicate that they do not have more than 60 or 90 days in the country, if they do not comply with these requirements, the 18% VAT will be applied to the total of their reservation.
- Rates: they are subject to variation according to the increase imposed by the airlines.
- The flight schedule: is subject to variation due to weather, air traffic and / or reservation order, Huacachina Tours is not responsible for delays caused due to the aforementioned.
2. FORMS OF PAYMENT:
- Individuals (less than 10 paxs): 50% of the agreed amount will have to be paid 7 days before the date of service. the other 50% must be deposited 48 hours before the date of service.
- Groups (less than 10 paxs): 50% of the agreed amount will have to be paid 30 days before the date of service. the other 50% must be deposited 7 days before the date of service.
- Last minute reservations: You will have to make the payment of 100% of the agreed amount for the confirmation of your reservation.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW:
- Any cancellation must be sent in writing to the reservations department and must have a response by the same means. Otherwise, it will not be considered valid.
- Individuals (less than 10 paxs): Any cancellation or modification must be made 48 hours before the service and no penalty will be charged. After 48 hours the total value of the reservation will be charged.
- Groups (over 10 paxs): Any cancellation or modification of the group must be done 15 days before the event and no penalty will be charged. From the 14th the total value of the reservation will be charged.
