We arrive at the Double Tree Guest Suites Paracas Hotel via an unpaved private road. The facade of the hotel is beautiful with wood and a small type of pond. We enter the hotel and arrive first at the reception and lobby of the hotel. The lobby is spacious with modern decoration and special type of art. Some of the walls look like grey stones which gives a beautiful effect. Chairs and couches are nice and comfortable while waiting your transfer or check-in. The receptionist is really friendly and helps us with seeing the rest of the hotel since we came unexpectedly. Behind the reception is the elevator and gift shop of the hotel. When passing the lobby you go through a corridor leading towards the restaurant and bar of the hotel. It is an open space divided in various areas to relax with a drink or enter the restaurant to have dinner. The restaurant also has a terrace outside to enjoy lunch.

Stepping outside we arrive at the amazing swimming pool of this hotel. Near the pool is a bar for drinks, chairs for sunbathing and some couches and chairs as a type of lounge. The bar near the pool has lounge music which you can hear around the swimming pool. There is also a small jacuzzi near the pool. We are now going towards the suites of the hotel. The hotel has gardens and near the rooms at ground level are small streams of water. All 124 suites are spacious with a separate living room and bedroom. The colors are very warm with orange and dark brown and make you feel at home immediately. All suites have a private terrace. You either have garden view suites or a beautiful view of the ocean where you can enjoy watching the sunset. The bathroom is spacious and all have a bathtub. There is a minibar and coffee table and the living room has couches and a table with plasma television and a desk. The decoration is regional with photographs on the wall of the various sites of Paracas. Suites are very modern and design like decorated but with ambience.

Leaving the room you go to the swimming pool where you take the stairs up to the Nova spa where the guests can relax. The spa is beautiful with wooden ramps and flowers on it and decorated with curtains as well. You enter the spa where the reception is and they lead you to a room with candles towards the small rooms where they give massages and other spa treatments. The spa has a lovely smell and a small room with a jacuzzi which has view on the swimming pool of the hotel and the ocean. The hotel has a hairdresser and a gym for some sports. On the other side of the pool is a stair which leads you to a terrace and the conference room of the hotel from which you have nice ocean views as well.
